Our Story

A Vision Rooted in
Manhattan Craft

CAFE CON CREMA was born from a singular belief: that the spaces where people gather deserve the same attention to detail as the products they consume. At 742 9th Avenue, Manny Fierro built an establishment where coffee is treated as a craft discipline and cocktails are mixed with the same reverence.

By morning, our baristas pull shots from carefully selected single-origin beans, crafting pour-overs and lattes that reward patience. By evening, the same space transforms — the lighting lowers, the music shifts, and our mixologists build drinks that turn a casual visit into a memorable occasion.
